... meaning my kids AND the beautiful outdoors!! We've been learning about creation over the past couple of weeks in children's church, so I took advantage of a sunny day and decided what better way to teach them about creation than to get them out in it!!! I had a pretty small class of about 9-11 kids, so we laid a blanket out on the grass next to the church, talked about creation, and then I let them loose with sidewalk chalk to draw some of their favorite things that God created. Ice cream seemed to be the biggest winner... and I can't really argue too much on that one!! LOL!!
