Chris and I went on a hike up to Mt. Angeles. It was quite the hike... it was about 3.5 mi to Lake Angeles, which doesn't sound bad, until you realize it's 3.5 miles straight up (2500 ft.). I was hurtin'. For a girl that hadn't worked out in awhile... I was ready to quit. But the destination was absolutely beautiful! The way up was all forest and downed trees... and then there was this oasis of beauty... this lake surrouned by huge cliffs and forest... amazing! God's creativity at its best!!
